Getmusic Return Policy

If we accidently send you a faulty or incorrect item then you can return it to us at no cost and receive a refund or exchange. Just follow the below steps and we’ll take care of the rest.

 

Australian Orders

We offer free returns and refunds for any faulty items up-to 30 days from despatch date.

We don’t exchange for ‘change of mind’ on any products. However you are able to exchange the size of any fashion items up-to 30 days from despatch date if returned in the same condition as sent.

 

International Orders-

We can refund or exchange any faulty items up-to 60 days from despatch date.

Returns Process

If you returning your product to us please follow these simple steps:

1 – Contact our customer service team at contact@getmusic.com.au, please provide details of why you would like to return your order and request our Return Department’s address details.

a)       Faulty/Wrong item exchanges (Australian Orders) – Getmusic will provide the reply paid details.   

b)       Size Exchanges – customer pays for the reply postage.

c)       Faulty/Wrong item exchanges (International Orders) – customer pays for the reply postage.

 

2 - Complete the Exchanges + Returns Form, which can be found on the back of your Invoice and enclose it with your return products. Please be sure to complete all fields to ensure a speedy turn around. If you would like to exchange your goods – please jump on our website to check that the title or size you are after is available.

3- Pack all items with your Exchange + Return Form in a secure box or in the original packaging. Please make sure all items are securely enclosed as we are not able to accept your return if it is damaged.

4- Address your box with the Return Departments details provided by our customer service team.  Please make sure you cover the original label.

 5- Drop your goods for return off at your Local Post Office. 

 6- Once your return is received at Getmusic HQ, your order will be processed as quickly as possible.

 – Please expect an email from our Getmusic team informing you of the progress of your Returns processing. We will then either organise a refund which will be deposited directly into your original payment account, or gladly cover the cost of shipping your new product to you for free!

 

International returns -

International faulty/incorrect product exchanges – Where a product is faulty or incorrectly supplied and photographic proof is provided – will replace your faulty product as quickly as possible.

International Refunds – Refunds are available for faulty products where photographic proof is provided.

Return T + C’s

All items returned for exchange or refund must be returned in their original condition. Any packaged goods must be returned with the packaging in its original condition or may not be accepted (unless faulty). Please ensure all returned clothing items are free from marks, stains and rips as they may not be accepted for return if received damaged (unless faulty).

Getmusic.com.au exchange and returns department operates Monday to Friday. As soon as your order is received we will email you to update you on your returns progress.

Please note that if you want to exchange or return boxed goods, they must be returned to Getmusic.com.au in their original unmarked packaging and are required to arrive at Getmusic HQ in their original condition. Should the packaging be marked or arrive in an unsatisfactory condition, it is possible that we will not exchange or refund the goods.
