Gyroscope are without question one of the best rock bands in this country right now. Unlike so many others who find their feet performing in a myriad of other bands first, Gyroscope's Daniel Sanders (vocals/guitar), Brad Campbell (bass), Rob Nassif (drums) & Zoran Trivic (guitar) formed while still teenagers in Perth in 1997 under the same line-up as today. The Perth-based band learned to play by appearing at a variety of local high schools and parties before finally releasing their debut album "SOUND SHATTERING SOUND" in 2003. They followed this up with a stunning Sophomore record "ARE YOU INVOLVED?" which was released in 2005 to rave reviews.

Their most recent record "BREED OBSESSION" was released in 2008, debuting at #1 on the ARIA Chart, surpassing GOLD sales, and earning the band a nomination for "Best Rock Album" ARIAs 2008.

Gyroscope have an extremely devoted and large following thanks to their stunning live show and their unique brand of hook-filled, anthemic rock. All 4 members of the band are gifted songwriters; penning songs that vary from dark and intense to lush and melodic.

They are a fantastic addition to the Island roster, and we are excited to be working with them!
