Rachael Leahcar, 3rd runner up of The Voice, is set to release her single ‘Coming Home Again’ on June 29. The single is taken from her debut album titled ‘Shooting Star’, and features 10 songs – 7 covers which she performed previously on The Voice, 1 original and 2 unheard covers. The album will be released on July 13.
Rachael started singing lessons at the age of nine and spent a lot of her childhood singing in Italian as a result of spending time with her Italian grandparents. Rachael can sing in Italian, French and Spanish. She can also play the piano, flute and has sung in multiple choirs. In 2009, Rachael won a competition in Adelaide to sing on “RAI Uno” television in Rome and has been doing semi-professional gigs over the past two years for festivals, weddings and charities. Rachael has always had music around her growing up as a child and found she related to music because she is 90% legally blind. Inspired by Adele, she would love to inspire people the same way and bring joy and happiness to them by her music. Rachael wants to show everyone that she’s capable of doing anything she wants in life. She wants to be known as a singer, not the blind girl who sings and ironically, The Voice blind auditions have given her that opportunity.

Dear Rachel Leah car!
I emphatically believe that the Dream was so real that I felt I had to share with you. In one of my mails to you I said; i would love to see you playing alive on stage and that is my wish.
In my dream I was attending the biggest event that I always wanted to go and that event was you singing on stage and for some reason I was on stage with you just a little in the front towards your right hand and you were sitting on a stool with the mike in hand in the middle, and there was a huge big crowd waiting for you to start but then you seen me and You got up {I don't know if the people knew that you could see} but you and I could see each other and I walked up to you, wished you, and kissed you, I introduced myself to you but for some reason you already knew I was supposed to be there.
when I got up it seemed so real I couldn't get you out of mind so I prayed for you and asked God to touch and heal you if it's His plan, but if not, I know Rachel you could see and I believe it with all my heart and that is why I felt I should let you know.
I underlined dream and seen me, the spirit is so so real that I know Rachel you could see in the spirit though not in the physical, I sometimes don't understand dreams but one thing I know when we meet in heaven God will help us see even more than what we see in the physical. if there's another interpretation you could tell me.
